Welcome to a calm and atmospheric Yin & Yang yoga with Stine , surrounded by the beautiful view from Nesaksla.This is a perfect opportunity to take a break, relax and give both body and mind a little extra care - alone or with someone you love ❤️

Meeting point: Romsdalsgondolen up at 08:30 - 10:30
Yoga: A soft and calm session led by Stine – suitable for everyone, no prior knowledge necessary
Ends with a short relaxation meditation

After yoga, the kitchen serves smoothies , perfect for keeping you calm.

The gondola runs every hour and half an hour, and you decide when you want to return.
After the session, you also have the opportunity to go for a hike or enjoy a good meal at Eggen Restaurant.
