Meeting point: Gondola up at 08:30 - 10:30
Yoga: A soft and calm session led by Stine – suitable for everyone, no prior knowledge necessary
Ends with a short relaxation meditation

After yoga, the kitchen serves smoothies , perfect for keeping you calm.

The cable car runs every hour and half an hour, and you decide when you want to return.
After the session, you also have the opportunity to go for a hike or enjoy a good meal at Eggen Restaurant.
